Pleasant restaurant and attentive service!

We were guests of a hotel close by but ours didn't have a restaurant, so we went to Soyan at Volando. The staff was incredibly attentive, and I didn't have to try to get their attention even once. I had the sturgeon for the main dish, and it was amazing—perfectly cooked with delicious foie gras and local scallion on top. The dining room is gorgeous with a homey vibe and amazing views of the mountain. Overall, a great experience!

Relaxing and rejuvenating!

We booked the private spa bath through Klook and used the private shuttle bus to Volando. Upon arrival, we were shown to our clean and spacious private room, which had an amazing view. The whole experience was wonderful—this was the most relaxing hour in the hot tub, letting the stress melt away. I loved the complementary tea and sitting on the balcony after our bath. Highly recommend this!

A sense of luxury

Our room at Volando was very large and comfortable, overlooking the river. The bathroom was wonderful, and we truly appreciated the L'Occitane toiletries. The king-sized, 4-poster bed added a romantic touch. The hot spring tub was a fantastic feature, allowing us to unwind whenever we wanted. The overall ambiance made our stay feel luxurious.

This resort spa is an unforgettable getaway, offering a breathtaking setting just an hour away from Taiwan's hustle. The views of the aqua-colored river are stunning, and the staff is clearly well-trained, enhancing the overall experience. While the price may be on the higher side, it’s worth every penny for the quality and the unique performances by local aboriginal people. However, I did encounter some delays during check-in, which could have been improved.
